My late mother was born and raised in kilsyth she had 7 brothers family name Clelland lived in Kelvin way.I spent many holidays there whilst growing up,some of which were spent fighting because of my English accent.I was in fact born in grangemouth just after the1945 war and moved to England shortly afterwards.I had a cousin Billy Clelland who i believe played for Kilsyth around mid 1950s to maybe 1960s and his sister Rita who was a folk singer.I can now admit to playing on Rangers pitch and being chased from it many times as a kid, happy days.I have recently retired love to watch sport support Chelsea fc spend time on pc. and play guitar.for a hobby.
